Have you ever played Volleyball and Sipped on your favorite cocktail at the same time? Neither have I, but a few of my Houston Eat and Meet friends have. This weekend there was an event held by Jen Davis called Boozy Volleyball. This was her 2nd year doing it and both events have had a good turn out. The concept is to play Volleyball with some friends while enjoying a family reunion style kick back with your favorite alcoholic beverage.
This was my first year attending this event. I think it was dope because the place it was held at, Powder Keg, had multiple outdoor courts with sand to play volleyball. The drinks that sell there are also pretty strong. I was sipping on a 20 oz frozen margarita and it was enough make me feel tipsy for at least an hour.
