Recently I was invited out to a video shoot that was being shot for KayyKilo. She's an artist currently signed to DaBaby. She's also sponsored by 50cent as a brand ambassador for his Branson liquor products.
When me and my girlfriend Taja Ashaka showed up we kind of just hung out in the background. Then an opportunity presented itself when KayyKilo's videographer asked me if I wanted to help shoot the video since he saw my Black Magic Cinema Camera around my neck. I usually bring it everywhere I go so people can know I'm a videographer and this time it payed off. After negotiating a deal for me to shoot and edit the video I got straight to work.
The video I posted up above where shots taken in between takes for the video. The vibe behind the scenes was fun and light hearted. KayyKilo has an energetic personality similar to DaBaby. She was all about work and fun at the same time. It was really easy to shoot with her. She needed little direction. All I had to do was tell her the concept and idea and she just made it happen.
